Introduction of ESS Container
This system integrates standard battery modules, PCS (Power Conversion System) modules, BMS (Battery Management System), and EMS (Energy Management System) into a standardized 20ft container, offering a robust and scalable platform. Each container is configured to house a 1MWh, 500kW energy storage system, providing ample capacity to meet the demands of regional grid peak shaving, frequency regulation, voltage regulation, emergency response, and renewable energy integration. Features
High energy density
Modern commercial lithium-ion batteries typically have an energy density of 200-250 Wh/kg. This means they can store a large amount of electrical energy at a relatively light weight. For example, a battery weighing 50 kg can store about 12.5 to 15 kWh of electrical energy, which is very beneficial for applications that require power supply for a long time.
Modular and Scalable Design
The container adopts a modular design, making it easy to scale the system up or down as needed. This flexibility allows for seamless integration with additional energy storage components, ensuring that the system can grow with your project's requirements. Each module is carefully engineered to fit within the standardized 20ft container, optimizing space utilization and minimizing transportation and installation costs.
Advanced Battery Management System (BMS)

Usage Guidelines
Pre-installation preparation
Before installing the lithium-ion battery energy storage system container, the power supply of all connected devices must be turned off and other types of batteries must be removed.
Battery status check
Before connecting the batteries, make sure that the charge status of all batteries is consistent. If necessary, contact the supplier for advice on how to complete this task.
Connection method
Use insulated soft copper wire (such as welding cable or busbar) for series or parallel connection. When high current is required, the batteries can be used in parallel. Before using the batteries in series, they must be connected in parallel.
Charge and discharge management
After being left for a long time, lithium-ion batteries will enter a dormant state, at which time the capacity is lower than normal and the service time is shortened. However, lithium-ion batteries are easy to activate and only need 3 to 5 normal charges to restore their normal capacity.
Temperature control
Lithium-ion batteries must not be exposed to an environment above 60°C. High temperatures may cause battery performance degradation or even damage.
Safety inspection
Regularly check the status of the battery and battery management system to ensure that there are no abnormal phenomena such as overheating and smoking.
